PROCESS
Working closely with our customers through every step of the process, whether it’s for a single product or a collection of pieces for a large project
- Send us your idea, concept/specification, a brief description of the piece and we will supply a initial quote.
- If necessary we produce technical drawings/3D models.
- We can also carry out onsite surveys for pieces that require wall-mounting or cut-out detailing.
- We arrange finishing samples to give you a visual representation of your products.
- We ensure you are updated on progress during the production process including photographs of detailing and finishing.
- The lead time is between one to six weeks, depending on the complexity of your piece.
- We liaise with you to arrange a mutually convenient installation date.
