Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 101/2018 (Personal Data Protection Code) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and subsequent amendments nuno_hh as Data Controller, informs you that this Privacy Policy is intended to describe the management procedures of this site, with reference to personal data processing of the users/visitors of the site and those that provide personal data when sending spontaneous career applications and Curriculum Vitae (the latter aimed at managing the personnel selection procedure).

Your data will be processed according to the law, according to the principles of necessity, correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protection of your privacy and your rights, limitation of the purpose of processing and storage, minimization of data, accuracy and data quality, data integrity and security. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other Internet sites – not belonging to the Data Controller – which is accessed through links, banners or other links that may be present on our Website. However, data subjects are responsible for the security of their account and must not share access credentials or other information related to their account with third parties. The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place mainly at the aforementioned operational headquarters and are carried out by persons in charge of the processing.

The Data Controller, considering the organizational needs, may appoint Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 Reg. 2016/679, to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the protection of the rights of the data subject. The data processors will also be required to maintain confidentiality with regard to the fulfilment of their respective tasks and may also use specifically identified persons in charge of the processing. The person responsible for the protection of personal data can be contacted upon request.

You may be asked to provide your personal data whenever you contact the Data Controller to identify you or contact you. This data can also be combined with other data to provide and improve products, services, content and advertising materials. Except for the cases provided for by law, the Data Controller does not collect personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to unambiguously identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person. The Data Controller does not collect personal data relating to criminal convictions and crimes or related security measures. The Data Controller kindly requests you not to provide the aforementioned data. Minors can consent to the processing of their personal data as of the age of 16. The Data Controller will not process the personal data of children under the age of 16, unless parents or guardians consent to the activities of collecting the use and disclosure of children’s information by the Data Controller. We confirm that there is no requirment to provide the personal data requested by us: if you decide not to provide it, however, in many cases you will not be able to use the services activated through the site.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during normal operation, some personal data which is then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

The Data Controller collects and processes data voluntarily provided by the data subject following access, registration, consultation and/or use of the Website.

On the basis of your free, explicit and informed consent – or in other cases of lawfulness of the processing strictly required by law, including art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679 – the Data Controller informs you that the data collected:

1. allows you to manage your registration request to the Site and your account, and your request for participation in events organized by the Data Controller;
2. can be used to verify your identity, facilitate user identification;
3. may be used for marketing purposes (newsletters including commercial and promotional information)
4. can be processed for statistical purposes, anonymously and aggregated on the use of the site and in order to check its correct functioning

Please note that it is possible to participate in the platform of the Data Controller that provides proprietary social media (Social Media Platform) that have been made available to you. The main objective of this social media is to facilitate and allow the sharing of content. However, the Data Controller cannot be held liable if personal data is shared in the aforementioned social media that is subsequently used improperly or inappropriately by third parties.

Processing procedures and data protection – The personal data of the data subjects will be processed using paper and/or electronic means, for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and adopting adequate security measures to prevent the destruction or loss of data, possible unallowed uses and unauthorized access, pursuant to art. 32 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.

Your data will not be disseminated in any way and may only be disclosed to third parties whose activity is necessary and related to the purposes referred to in this statement, such as: administrative and judicial authorities competent to request and obtain information concerning you; public authorities or public bodies; subjects that carry out or distribute banking, financial and insurance services, activities of archiving, assistance and consulting, printing, packaging, transport and communications management with the data subject; subjects that provide services for the management of the information system of the Data Controller and the telecommunications networks; companies belonging to the Data Controller or cooperating with it, also located abroad in EU and non-EU countries or external trusted parties, also operating abroad and not belonging to the Data Controller, that perform the same activities of a technical and organizational nature, of consultancy, control and information.

As a data subject involved in the processing, you may at any time exercise the rights referred to articles 13 et seq. of EU Reg. 2016/679. In particular, you can request the Data Controller to confirm the existence or non-existence of personal data that regards you, access to personal data and its correction or cancellation or the limitation of the processing that concern you or to oppose the processing, in addition to the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You will be able to obtain information about the source from which the personal data originates and, where appropriate, the possibility that the data comes from sources accessible to the public. Furthermore, if the processing is based on explicit consent, the data subject will have the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. Requests must be addressed to the Data Controller upon request.

To provide you with optimum information, our pages include links which refer you to third-party pages. If this is not readily apparent, we will point out to you that an external link is involved. nuno_hh has no influence whatsoever on the content and design of pages of other suppliers.
